I'm still trying to get the hang of night scenes. I'm still not happy with this, but each panel is a new experiment.

If anyone has a link to a tutorial or lesson or something, it would be most welcome.

Looks good to me. You're getting a pretty good night time by the glowy fire look.

With night scenes, you just have to suggest that it's night with either dark skies or some dark ground/environments and the context will carry it without having to go overboard with dark tones everywhere.

You are very generous. I'm comparing myself to professionals and I know I'm not there yet. But also... this comic is sort of a slap-dash thing that I draw as a warm up to other work, and on lunch-breaks, and while I'm waiting for laundry to finish... So it's mostly for fun and not to be the best I can be. It's still good exercise. And fun things like, there are pages coming up where some panels were finished literally a year before others on the same page.

Still, I agree with Songgu Kwon. The previous page had too much white in it but this one is clearly at night.

Yeah. I've gotten more practice at night scenes since I drew this.
